Hi my name is Eric Ritenour, otherwise known as “The RITE Realtor”.

Happily married to my stunning wife Michelle. Who owns Encore School of Dance in Saginaw, Texas for 30+ years. We raised 4 children, that blessed up with 4 beautiful grandchildren! We own 2 horses, 3 to 6 dogs (depending on the day). I enjoy bass fishing, working out and am in my 25th year of refereeing soccer. I am a HUGE fan of the Texas Rangers, Dallas Stars and especially the Dallas Mavericks .. Let's Go Luka!! I consider myself a Christian Conservative and we LOVE our home church, Grace Fellowship in Paradise Texas.

I started Real Estate in 1985 after running track for 4 years at UTA and earning a BS in Biology. While bar tending in college, a regular customer would encourage me to check out selling new homes for this builder. The builder had an opening after a salesman quit, so I jumped in and the rest is history.

In 3 plus decades I have developed an extensive knowledge in Real Estate. I always joke that I have experienced more than 95% of agent will ever see throughout their career.
